HomeStore Policies & Returns
We will gladly return items purchased from 92 Boutique that are returned to us in brand new, unused condition. Merchandise must be in original packaging with original tags on items. We will not return worn, washed, or items showing wear. We inspect our merchandise uppon arrival for defects, and again, when packaged for shipping. Many of our items contain crystals. Because of the
nature of the wear, these items cannot be returned after purchase. Clothing items with crystals should be washed inside out, on cold and gentle. Flip flops are under warranty for craftmanship. Normal wear and tear is not warranteed. We ask that you contact us before returning an item. Returns must be recieved within 14 days of placing your order. Shipping to return an item is paid for by purchaser.
Orders will be shipped 24-48 hours ( excluding Saturdays & Sundays) after they are placed. If we are away at an event, we will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. If we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you by phone or email, to update you on the status or your order.
We are open Saturday and Sunday starting in April. We would be happy to set up an appointment if you would like to stop by the store any other time, please email or call.
If you live locally you can pick up your merchandise at our store location in Yutan.
We ship USPS. We do not ship internationally. If you prefer another carrier, or express delivery, please indicate this in your e-mail to us.
We recieve an incredible number of sponsorship requests, and are only able to extend sponsorships to a select few. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not granting any new sponsorships.
